Rotterdam 100 Challenge
In a world which is rapidly changing, cities need to adapt their economy. Think here of renewable energy, big data and open source innovation that are merging to create powerful transitions. Together with partners of the Rotterdam 100 such as ABN AMRO, CGI and Port of Rotterdam students and young professionals will work on a business case and answer questions such as: How can smart technology make the harbour more efficient? What will be the impact of 3D-printing on local production? This unique programme will help students and young professionals to develop entrepreneurial skills, career opportunities and a valuable network.
The winners of the Rotterdam 100 will become the Rotterdam Most Excellent, win an all inclusive trip to Boston (USA) and each receives a letter of recommendation from mayor Aboutaleb. The competition is open to (inter)national students and young professionals from universities (WO) and universities of applied sciences (HBO). Students and young professionals from all disciplines are welcome to apply. The first application deadline is December 11, 2015. Visit the website for more information: www.rotterdam100.nl.
