Friday 4th of December 2015

Posted by Honours Platform

In order to prepare top engineering students for their professional careers, UNITECH International has developed an international education programme aimed at broadening students’ business skills. This is done in cooperation with eight leading European universities and a host of multinational firms. Over the course of one-year, chosen applicants embark on an academic exchange programme, follow in-depth management-training modules and pursue an internship abroad.

The experience

“It’s extremely fun and also very useful and interesting,” said Gjalt Annega, UNITECH Alumni of TU Delft. “It is a good opportunity to complement your technical background with softer skills and a multicultural exposure.” Shortly after beginning his master’s in aerospace engineering at TU Delft, Annega was accepted into the UNITECH programme. He studied at Politecnico di Milano in Italy before completing an internship at multinational Hilti in Liechtenstein.“I learned a lot of different things that I did not know before and I had one of the best times in my life, I must say.”
